Handcraft Tradition

All of our boots are produced with an exclusive process of construction “Goodyear welt” used only in the best boots, this system allows the air ti circulate inside the footwear which offers a strong durability incomparable. This procedure consists in sewing with thread filaments of coil, an stripe leathers, the leather and the lining together with the insole which it´s made a carckprecisely at the outline where the sewing.

All the end of this process, a steel puzzle is set and is filled with cork, a rubber is quickly put on the mid sole and the edge is sewed, finally the sole it´s pasted with a high efficiency glue and it´s sewed by hand underneath striae.

When we produce with the bottom of leather soles we sew this one to he insole throw the channel that at the end it´s covered with the same material
